We offer coverage for the positions of Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leader/Senior Support Worker, and Support Worker on a 24/7, 365-day basis. Our personnel are qualified, trained, and familiar to us, having been previously engaged with our agency. RCS provides foundational and obligatory training to support the principles outlined by Skills For Care, NICE, and SCIE.
